Dudley Academies Trust celebrated its first year in operation by significantly improving results in the core subjects of English, Mathematics and Science and with Attainment up in all four of its academies.

The Link Academy had improved results in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Combined Science, plus an overall improvement in Attainment and Progress for the class of 2019. Principal Emma Edwards-Morgan (pictured) said "We have taken a step forwards this year and I am very positive about the future of The Link Academy. Big Congratulations to the learners from all the staff". 

St James Academy achieved 100% in Biology at grades 5-9, 100% in Physics and 89.5% in Chemistry. Combined Science and English results also improved. Top Achiever Lewis Harwood gained seven grade 9s and two grade 8s.
